Program Information
Erie Academy of Engineering & Aerospace is a newer program for the high school and has students engaged in technology, computer science, and hands-on engineering. Students who participate in the program get training on the latest computer programming and technology. They become career and college-bound ready for fields in engineering.

Introduction to Engineering Design (IED) - Foundational Course - 9th grade year (year long course)
Aerospace Engineering (AE) - Specialty Course - 10, 11, or 12th grade year (year long course)
AP Computer Science Principles (CSP) - Specialty Course - 10, 11, or 12th grade year (year long course)
Engineering Design and Development (EDD) - Capstone Course - 11 or 12th grade year (year long course)
Introduction to Programming - Specialty Course - 9,10,11, or 12th grade year (semester long course)
CAD Drafting - Specialty Course - 9,10,11, or 12th grade year (semester long course)
Pre-Aerospace / Conceptual Physics - Specialty Course -10,11, or 12th grade year (semester long course)
Endorsements
Students who complete the entire program will graduate with an endorsement on their diploma by Project Lead the Way.
